Get confirmation
Our team reviews your request, confirms availability, the security deposit and the requirements for your vehicle, and sends the rental agreement.

Take delivery & drive
We hand over the keys at the agreed time and place — and you enjoy the drive.

At pickup
Pickup & walkthrough
Whether we meet you for pickup or deliver to your home, hotel or the airport, the handover is unhurried. We want you confident behind the wheel before you pull away.
- ID & agreement. We confirm your identity, review the signed rental agreement, and answer any last questions.
- Security deposit. The refundable security deposit confirmed at booking is collected — it is released after the car is returned in its original condition.
- Condition walkthrough. We inspect the vehicle together and document its condition, inside and out, so there's a clear record.
- Controls & handover. We walk you through the car's controls, drive modes, and features, then hand over the keys.
