Insurance Policy

Full-coverage insurance is required for every rental unless otherwise arranged with our team. Your policy must be active for the full rental period.

With your booking request, upload:

• Your insurance card
• Your policy declaration page

We review your documents before confirming your booking, and may contact you if we need anything else.

Contact us before you book. Where another arrangement is available for a vehicle, we will explain it and confirm any cost with you up front.

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damage, loss, theft, tolls and citations, subject to the insurance in place. Deductibles and costs not covered by insurance may be applied to the security deposit, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Insurance may not cover — and you remain responsible for — losses arising from:

• Prohibited uses such as racing, track use, or off-road driving
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Unapproved or unlisted drivers operating the vehicle
